SUSTAINABILITY
The structure has been designed to preserve the beauty and exclusivity of ancient stone while integrating modern elements sparingly.
Pure water extracted from a 400-meter-deep artesian well, photovoltaic solar panels and heating/cooling generated by modern electric heating pumps ensure complete sustainability.
SUSTAINABILITY
Where possible, the choice of using reclaimed materials and antique cement tiles, sourced locally, ensures continuity with the past.
A sensitivity to the gentle breeze that often blows in this area helps reduce energy consumption and, most importantly, helps preserve our unique planet.
At the entrance of the property, we’ve created an area planted with carob trees.
It is said that the ancient Greeks or even before them, the Phoenicians brought them to Apulia, where all the environmental elements favour their growth.
Alongside centennial olive trees, carob trees serve as a memory of our past.
