THE ROOMS
INDOOR AND OUTDOOR LIVING
The meticulously crafted restoration consists of an interplay between ancient and modern elements, deliberately maintaining the trullo’s original stone structure.
The choice of reclaimed furniture or pieces crafted from reclaimed wood was favoured in its refurbishment and skilfully creates a juxtaposition of modern elements through an alternation of volumes, colours, and glass.
Indoor & Outdoor: THE ROOMS
Within the original trullo structure:
- The DOUBLE BEDROOM, set in the ancient structure with an ensuite bathroom, boasts an original sky carriage vault that makes sleeping pleasant.
A wardrobe carved from the old fireplace and direct access to the courtyard in front of the trullo provide reserved moments during your stay - The SUITE, located in the more spacious part of the central ancient structure. Master bathroom with double shower where one can relax whilst lingering over thoughts of those who placed the rocks for the construction of the ancient pajara.
In the niche, originally used as a fireplace, part of the wardrobe now finds its space and is complemented by another niche closed by an impressive reclaimed door. - The DOUBLE BEDROOM (triple if required), located in the new lamia is embellished with a stone ceiling featuring a star vault that continues in the simplified form of a barrel vault in the adjacent ensuite bathroom.
Private access to the garden behind the structure.
Indoor & Outdoor: LIVING AREA
- In the spacious indoor LIVING AREA, large windows create continuity with the outdoors, both towards the valley and the external seating area.
- Comfortable OPEN KITCHEN, living room and dining area where one can relax on cooler days when outdoor lounging isn’t an option.
Noteworthy for its size, the star vault in natural stone.
